July's First Friday Craft offering is this beautiful Horse Hair Raku Bottle. Horse hair raku is a method of decorating Raku pottery through the application of horse hair. The bisque pot is heated in a kiln, then removed while still extremely hot. Strands of horsehair are then laid across the hot pot, and the burning hair creates smoke patterns and carbon trails on the surface of the hot pots that remain as decoration after the ware cools. Raku horse hair pottery should never be considered functional ware. It is not food-safe and is also liquid permeable.  Each one of these beautiful decorative bottles was handcrafted by one of our resident Pottery Craftsmen. Each piece is approximately 5 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter.  

This month's First Friday craft offering is this beautiful recycled pint glass.  Each piece is hand blown from recycled glass by one of our talented glass blowers. Each cup measure approximately 3.5 inches in diameter by 5.5 inches tall, and will hold up to roughly 16 ounces. 

Candy Queen, June Ward and her fellow candy makers produce over 90,000 lbs. of sweets yearly and that's no small feat.  Now, for a limited time you can order some of her famed peanut brittle in a custom-made signature Brown's Candy Factory keepsake tin.  As June says, "There's sweet memories in every bite!"  Each tin contains one pound of peanut brittle. 

Harvest moon fragrance begins with top notes of fresh pear, blueberries, and pineapple; followed by middle notes of juniper berries and eucalyptus; and well rounded with base notes of spruce, woods, Douglas fir, cedar, and white musk.

No Christmas tree is complete without a pair of Red Flanders pants!!  Each of these fused glass ornaments was hand made by one of our resident Blown Glass Craftsmen.  Please note due to the handmade nature of this product, each piece will slightly differ in size, color, and design. 

Here's your chance to add one of our handmade Fused Glass Snowman Ornaments to your Christmas Tree.  These ornaments are made by our resident Blown Glass Craftsmen by layering pieces of glass and firing them in a kiln at almost 1,500 degrees.  Please select the color of scarf you are wanting.  Due to the nature of our handmade products, each ornament will have a unique facial expression and will differ in shape and color.
